I’ve overeaten and dieted intensely before, in a yoyo cycle that sucked.
I asked my doctor for advice and she suggested ‘just eat normally’.
And believe it or not, this was something I had never tried!?
I have lost 3kg in a week by eating normally. As in - a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner, at the times allocated for those meals by society.
Also I have allowed myself a snack in the morning and afternoon should I get hungry.
The thing is eating at random times led to overeating, nto remembering if I had eaten or not, things like that.
And what do you know, just eating in a normal way actually works.
I’ll be damned.
